Stainless steel strip size specifications
Thickness: Commonly 0.1mm~6.0mm (ultra-thin strips are used for electronic components, and thick strips are used for structural parts).
Width: Narrow strips (<100mm) are used for precision parts, and wide strips (>1000mm) are used for stamping plates.
Length: Coil (such as 100 meters/coil) or cut to length (such as 6 meters/strip).
Note: Tolerance requirements (such as ±0.02mm) affect processing accuracy and need to be clarified with the supplier.
Surface treatment

Mechanical properties
Hardness: Soft state (such as 304-O) is easy to form, and hard state (such as 304-H) is suitable for springs.
Tensile strength: Select according to load requirements (such as 301 can reach more than 1000MPa).
Ductility: Low hardness materials (such as 304-DDQ) are required for deep drawing.
